1 Introduction & Eligibility

Fanciwin (referred to hereinafter as "we", "us", or "the platform") provides an online gaming service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between Fanciwin and the user.

By creating an account on Fanciwin, browsing the platform, or using any of our services, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

All information provided during registration on Fanciwin must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and any balance held may be forfeited.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may only hold one Fanciwin account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person — whether through the same name, address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use the Fanciwin platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be accessing the platform from a country or region where online gaming is legal.
• Your participation on this platform must be entirely voluntary and of your own free will.
• You must be of sound mental capacity and must not be acting under any form of compulsion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may be restricted if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility Conditions

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only.
• A bonus offer may not be used more than once.

• Withdrawing before completing bonus wagering will result in the bonus being forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Fanciwin actively monitors for bonus abuse. If such activity is detected, Fanciwin reserves the right to suspend the account and void any associated bonuses.

6 Gaming Policy

All games on Fanciwin are powered by third-party software providers and use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and impartial.

• Game outcomes cannot be manipulated.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, Fanciwin will make every effort to provide appropriate compensation.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game rules, Fanciwin's decision shall be considered final.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Fanciwin platform:

• Threatening or harassing other users.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Fanciwin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, for any reason — particularly in cases of breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• Users may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team.
• Any valid balance may be withdrawn before account closure, provided no violations have occurred.
• Balances may be forfeited in cases of fraudulent activity.

11 Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. We will endeavour to provide an initial response within 48 hours.

• In all dispute resolution matters, the decision of Fanciwin management shall be considered final.
• Neutral third-party mediation may be sought for complex disputes.
• Any legal disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

Fanciwin may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via your registered email or SMS. Continued use of the platform following any update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
